Floor Plans

A great first step is meeting with your venue and determining a floor plan. Round vs rectangular tables will make a huge difference in the design of your florals for your centerpieces. Usually there is a combination of round and rectangular tables at venues which requires two different unique designs for the format of the table. Other items to think about are a sweetheart table, head table, food tables, memory tables, etc.

It’s also super important to take a look at the surroundings of your venue. Is there a mantle/ fireplace that takes up a lot of space? Or is there a chandelier that makes a big statement? Take advantage of unique spaces your venue offers by decorating them with greenery and floral garland to enhance the space. We are familiar with a lot of venues in our area, but it doesn’t hurt to know your venue and where florals would complement the environment.
